We are so confident you will love our glamorous products that we guarantee your satisfaction with, and the quality of, all our products here at Je’ Ane.  If you are unsatisfied with our products  for any reason, you may return them for a full refund, less shipping and handling within 30 days of the original invoice date, no questions asked.  After 30 days, no product returns will be accepted.

           



 

                         

How to Return a Product

If a product has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact the Je’ Ane Customer Care Department at customercare@jeanecompany.com and we will send you a new replacement product free of charge.

NOTE:  GlamourLUX Pet items that have been monogrammed, washed, or had tags removed are not returnable.  If the item has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Je’ Ane Customer Care to exchange the defective merchandise for an exact replacement.  

If the product was purchased directly from a Je’ Ane Glamourista, please contact them for a refund.  You will need to return the  product and original invoice to the Je’ Ane Glamourista, who will refund the product purchase price.  The Je’ Ane Glamourista will then return the product to Je’ Ane for a replacement product.

In order to facilitate the return process, the Retail or Preferred Customer is required to contact Je’ Ane to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at
returns@jeanecompany.com or fill out the Returns Form.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box and original invoice.  If a package is returned without an RMA Number, the package will be refused.
